PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of mechanically manufacturing poster covers so as to offer low cost poster covers, as compared with the unit price of manually prepared conventional poster covers in the market. SOLUTION: The method of processing poster covers comprises the steps of rolling a bag-shaped vinyl into a roll, heat sealing the vinyl to form a bag, cutting off the bag, then conveying and inserting a rolled paperboard therein and cutting the paperboard, and the poster covers made thereby is provided.
