PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball shooter and a pachinko game machine which enable the simple mounting or replacement of the striking member. SOLUTION: The game ball shooter 10 which strikes and shoots the game balls has a hammer 41 and a stepping motor 21 for turning the hammer 41 toward the game balls. The hammer 41 has a hammer body 401 mounted on the stepping motor 21, a tip part 402 extended along the direction of turning the hammer from the hammer body 401 and a striking member 61 which covers the tip part 402 while being made of a butadiene rubber. A groove 403 is provided on the base end side of the tip part 402 along the direction of crossing the direction of turning the hammer and the striking member 61 is provided with a retaining piece 602 to be retained in the groove 403 of the tip part 402.
