<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kiln tool for baking capable of improving face smoothness and deflection-resisting property under high temperature environment, and reduced in thermal capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of through holes 2 penetrated from one side face to the other side face opposite thereto, are formed on side parts of a sheet main body in forming the sheet-shaped kiln tool for baking by using a material having particle size of 0.1μm ≤ 150μm by extrusion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
