<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily diagnose a color output of an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This method for diagnosing a color output of an image forming apparatus that forms an image in a plurality of colors by a combination of a plurality of primary colors. A plurality of different shapes which are recognized by dialogues are formed in colors respectively corresponding to the shapes in a predetermined one-to-one relationship. The plurality of shapes are formed on a paper sheet as images. The relationship between the shapes and the colors formed on the paper sheet is compared with the predetermined relationship to diagnose the color output of the image forming apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
