PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spreading device capable of stably and uniformly spreading the liquid without needing high processing accuracy in the liquid spreading device wherein the liquid from a tray is dropped and spread, and further to provide a heat exchanger of high heat exchanging efficiency and a refrigerating machine of high cooling capacity. SOLUTION: This liquid spreading device comprises the tray 11 for reserving the liquid 10, and drippers 12, 14 at least partially composed of a material capable of holding the liquid 10 reserved in the tray 11 and falling the liquid 10 into drops.
