<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprinkler device which absorbs a position shift by execution errors and reduces an execution load. <P>SOLUTION: This sprinkler device is provided with a cover body to cover an opening part for checking a ceiling and a sprinkler head projecting through a hole set at the center of the cover body and the sprinkler head is connected with a water supply pipe by a piping connection means to make the sprinkler device capable of discharging water. The device is equipped with an inner frame comprising a cylinder inserted into the ceiling check opening part forming a gap against the inner circumference thereof and a flange part projecting outward from the cylinder part, and a ring placed on the backside of the ceiling. The cylinder part is fixed to the ceiling check opening part by cramping the ceiling plate between the flange part and the ring screwed together with the cylinder part and equipped with a plate spring with one end fixed to the cover body.
