摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength-dependent imaging and sensing method using a hybrid filter which can excellently identify an object illuminated by light of different wavelength. SOLUTION: In this method, the object (306) to be imaged or sensed is illuminated by either one wideband light source (110) discharging light on different wavelength, or two or more light sources (302, 304). Light is detected by a detector (300) equipped with a photosensor (800) covered with hybrid filter. The hybrid filter contains narrow band filter (916) and patterned filter layer. This patterned filter layer (908) contains both filter material area (910) which filters out a part of light received from the narrow band filter and filterless area (912) which filters out all the light received from the narrow band filter.
