PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method of a plasma display panel having no size irregularity of dielectric layers in a traveling direction in a laminating method. SOLUTION: Cutout areas are formed by a cutout unit 78 in the traveling direction 80 of dielectrics 74 formed on a base film 72, and a direction crossing it, and the dielectrics of the cutout areas are sucked and removed by reducing pressure of the cutout unit 78 which is also a dielectric removing part. In such manner, since the dielectric layers are collectively formed by the cutout unit 78, the dielectric layers are constantly the same shape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
