PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular type heat exchanger having improved heat exchanging efficiency by actualizing an accurately spiral flow of cooling medium (heat medium) while reducing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A spiral protruded strip 2 is integrally formed on the inner face of the peripheral wall of an outer tube 1.
