PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head gasket capable of providing balanced sealability by imparting suitable bearing pressures to those areas around a cylinder bore and a cooling medium flowing bore. SOLUTION: This cylinder head gasket comprises a base board 7 having a cylinder bore opening part 2 corresponding to a cylinder bore and a cooling medium flowing bore opening part 3 corresponding to the cooling medium flowing bore, a first auxiliary board 8 overlappingly formed integral with the peripheral part of the cylinder bore opening part 2 of the base board 7, and a second auxiliary board 9 overlappingly formed integral with the peripheral part of the cooling medium flowing bore opening part 3 of the base board 7. The spring constant of the first auxiliary board 8 is formed larger than that of the base board 7, and the spring constant of the second auxiliary board 9 is formed smaller than that of the base board 7. Bead parts 5 and 6 are formed on the base board 7 and/or the first auxiliary board 8 around the cylinder bore opening part 2 and the base board 7 and/or the second auxiliary board 9 around the cooling medium flowing bore opening part 3.
