PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle of a bag capable of preventing a situation of catching the end or the like of clothes between a handle body and a fixing part by constituting the handle so as not to expose spaces formed between the handle body and the fixing parts to the upper face of the bag in a waiting state and capable of widening the range of a design of the handle whole body wider compared with that of the conventional one. SOLUTION: The fixing parts 10 are to be fixed to the upper face of the bag and shaft members 30 have their end parts fitted in fitting holes 11 of the fixing parts 10. The shaft members 30 are supported on the upper face of the bag by the fixing parts 10 to horizontally extend. The handle body 20 is constituted of a grip part 22 and arm parts 21 and the ends of the arm parts 21 are formed with bearing holes 23 into which the shaft members 30 penetrate. The cross section of the bearing hole is formed into a so-called long hole shape so that the handle body 20 is movable in the horizontal direction in the waiting state where the handle body 20 is turned down, and a coil spring 40 applies a force heading from the grip part 22 to the ends of the arm parts 21 to the handle body 20.
