PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquarium which is used for culturing aquatic animals and in which unclean water can efficiently and easily be exchanged with fresh water without stirring the water to float up refuses and sand on the bottom of the tank. SOLUTION: This water tank is characterized by disposing a drain port used on drainage and disposed in the bottom portion of the tank, and a draining board having a slit and set to the upper portion of the tank.
