PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ice such as ice cream intended for enabling, in consideration of fruits, confining a season which is conventionally tasted only in a production district, but delivering the season to every place in the world, in view of the point that it is rather difficult to make a novel commodity which can obtain long-lived support and habitual use in making confectionery and more difficult to make ice as ice cream having thousands of history, but in the world of cooking and making confectionery, various challenges can be seen day after day, and on the other hand, a fruit producing district such as Yamanashi prefecture increases the number of kinds of fruits to be handled while handling grapes and peaches as starting fruits, and now produces some fruits throughout the year so as not to discontinue season, and agricultural production has farmers' leisure season without failure, but in the aspect of supply of fruits, the industrial production pursuing seasons without discontinuity become possible.
