<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a lens easily to a predetermined position without sacrifice of translucency in a light emitting device where the gap between the lens and a light emitting element is filled with translucent resin. <P>SOLUTION: In the light emitting device 1 where the light emitting element 2 and the lens 3 are supported by a support 4 while being space apart from each other and the lens 3 is secured on the support 4 through curing of the translucent resin 13 filling the gap between the light emitting element 2 and the lens 3 on the support 4, male parts and female parts being fitted each other are provided between the support 4 and the lens 3. A total of (n+α) female parts are provided for n male parts to communicate with the outside from the translucent resin 13 side and the α female parts are arranged to become leak parts capable of discharging the translucent resin 13 or bubbles to the outside when the lens 3 is secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
