<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase secrecy to allow an information service provider to provide information securely to a particular member via a communication means, typically the Internet and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A computer program stored in a personal computer for an information provider breaks the provider's original data down into primary data for provision and secondary data for provision. The primary data are stored in an information service distribution server S1 and the secondary data are stored in a storage medium such as a USB memory.
