PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic warehouse system capable of limiting operation capable of being performed per user. SOLUTION: Shelf facility 10 is provided with many racks. A carrying-in/out device 20 is provided with an elevating load-carrying platform 21 and operates in accordance with user indication inputted through a remote controller 30. The remote controller 30 is provided with a certification part 32 for certifying a user. When the user is certified to be a person in charge of maintenance and management, operation of maintenance mode is provided. When the user is not the person in charge of maintenance and management, operation of ordinary mode which is operation mode in which operation capable of being performed is limited when compared with maintenance mode is provided.
