PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize registration of an information distribution destination, even when a means, by which a user can read out the identification information of a mobile station communication device of dedicated short-range communication is not provided, in a system, in which the information distribution destination is specified by reading specific information of a mobile station device by a base station device of dedicated short-range communication installed on the street and information related to a vehicle position or the like is distributed. SOLUTION: The information distribution system is provided with the mobile station device which is installed to a mobile body and capable of transmitting specific information of its own device, an information distribution destination management device for specifying an information terminal, on the basis of the received specific information, an information distribution device for distributing information to the information terminal device specified by the distribution destination management device, and a notification means for notifying the mobile body side of the information. The information distribution destination managing device notifies the mobile body side of the identification information, made to correspond to the specific information, when receiving the specific information via the notification means. The destination information for specifying the information terminal of the information distributing destination is received together with the identification information. Consequently, the specific information of the mobile station and the destination information of the information terminal can be managed, by making them correspond to each other.
