<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roll minimally environment-dependent and having carbon black uniformity dispersed therein, by suppressing the entrapment of bubbles due to the thickening of materials for urethane in the initial stage of a urethane reaction, and also by curing urethane before reaggregation of carbon black upon heating, and to provide a method for producing the conductive roll. <P>SOLUTION: In the conductive roll having at least one conductive elastic layer with conductivity granted by carbon black on the outer periphery of a core bar, the conductive elastic layer is prepared by reacting at least a polyol composed essentially of a polyether-based polyol with a diisocyanate in the presence of a tetravalent organotin-based compound and an organobismuth-based composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
