摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical laser apparatus in which an active region (laser medium) is formed from a nanotube in a more producible condition in terms of productivity or cost. SOLUTION: Respective support poles 111 are arranged in a direction parallel to a plane including reflective surface of a total reflection mirror 104 (half reflection mirror 105) at an interval of 10μm, and arranged in a vertical direction (resonance direction) to the plane at an interval of 60μm. A support end 112 extends in a shorter interval direction between adjacent support poles 111, and has a tip having a pointed end. A carbon nanotube 121 is formed in a crosslinkable manner between the support ends 112 of the support poles 111 which are adjacent in a shorter interval direction.
