摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electronic device having an excellent characteristics which converts the precursor of an organic semiconductor into organic semiconductor, even if heat-resistant temperature of a support substrate to be used is low in an organic electronic-device using an organic semiconductor having a porphyrin skeleton, and to provide a manufacturing method of the device. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an organic electronic-device includes a thin-film formation step of forming a thin film comprising the precursor of an organic semiconductor on a support substrate containing a polymer, and a heating step of heating the thin film. A type of bicycloporphyrin is formed as the precursor of the organic semiconductor, and heating of the precursor thin-film during the heating step is carried out at a predetermined condition.
