PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure reliably fixing a flexible sheet such as a flexible wiring board etc. at a predetermined position and having excellent workability for both of mounting and demounting thereof. SOLUTION: A pair of tongues 9a, 9b are provided in a locking hole 9 bored in the flexible wiring board 5, and a hook 11 erected on the case bottom 10a1 is inserted in this locking hole 9 to fix the flexible wiring board 5. Herein, the projection length L of the hook 11a and the maximum size D of the strut portion 11b along the projection direction of the hook 11a in this hook 11 are so set that D≤C (1) and A+C<D+L<A+B+C (2), where A, B denote the extension lengths of tongues 9a, 9b in the locking hole 9 respectively, and C denotes the distance between the respective tips of the tongues 9a, 9b.
