DEFLECTION YOKE AND PICTURE TUBE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflection yoke having a horizontal deflection coil wound so that the left end part and right end part of a screen crossing part further protrude toward a screen face side than a central part thereof, which can be stably mounted on a vertical deflection coil and an insulation frame of a core. SOLUTION: A insulation frame 30 is formed so that the shape of an opening 31 at the screen face side follows the shape of a screen crossing part of a pair of horizontal deflection coils split into an upper part and a lower part. Protrusions (protruded parts) 32 protruded toward the screen face side are formed on four places between a lateral part "A" in an X-axis (lateral axis) direction and a vertical part "B" in a Y-axis (vertical axis) direction.
