PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To nicely seal a gap between a fuel injection valve mounting hole and a fuel injection valve while maintaining positioning precision of the fuel injection valve. SOLUTION: A mounting structure for the fuel injection valve 20 consists of the fuel injection valve mounting hole 12, the fuel injection valve 20, a clamp 50 (mounting member) pressing the fuel injection valve 20 in an axial direction thereof and fixing the same, and a gasket 40 pressed in the axial direction of the fuel injection valve 20 and sealing the gap between the fuel injection valve mounting hole 12 and the fuel injection valve 20. A spacer 30 abutting on an inner circumference surface of the fuel injection valve mounting hole 12 is provided on an outer circumference surface of the fuel injection valve 20.
