PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elongate a hose length to approximate 40 m without increasing pulling force or a storage space and facilitate hose coiling work. SOLUTION: This fire hydrant apparatus 1, in its casing 2, is provided with a hose storage frame 8 opened frontward and a U-shaped support arm mounted on the opening part of the hose storage frame 8, the hose 9 with a nozzle is coiled to be stored in the hose storage frame 8 and, in extinguishing a fire, the door of the casing is opened and the hose with the nozzle is pulled out to extinguish the fire. The hose 9 has the length of 40 m, the hose inside diameter of 30-33 mm, and the pulling force of 220 N or less and, when minimum operating primary pressure is 0.47 MPa, is so formed as to have nozzle pressure of 0.29 MPa or more. A part or the whole of a hose storage unit 100 constituted of the hose storage frame 8 and a support arm 7 is detachably attached and the whole body is openable/closable to the door side.
