PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulated solution, an emulsion, and a gel product that have no limitation to the shape and a polymer for use, are applicable to a wide range of uses, have excellent uniform dispersibility and long-term dispersion stability due to a nanofiber dispersant with little fluctuation in its monofilament diameter, and have excellent properties as cosmetic preparations, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: These formulated solution, emulsion and gel product each comprise a filament dispersant made of a thermoplastic polymer with a number-average monofilament diameter of 1-500 nm, and the sum Pa of the monofilament ratio of not less than 60%, as well as a solvent.
