PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an after-treating agent for hair-dyeing, repairing the damage caused by the hair-dyeing, preventing the accumulation of the damage beforehand and capable of improving touch feeling and color retention by being applied to the hair subjected to a hair-dyeing treatment. SOLUTION: This after-treating agent for the hair-dyeing comprises (A) a pH buffer comprising an organic acid and/or an organic acid salt and an alkaline agent, and (B) a wheat protein-hydrolyzed product and/or a silylated protein-hydrolyzed product.
