<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique relevant to a load distribution device for suppressing an effect due to server abnormality. <P>SOLUTION: The load distribution method for transferring a processing request from a user terminal to any of a plurality of servers comprises: a step of selecting a second server other than a first server among a plurality of servers as a new transfer destination of the processing request from the user terminal setting the first server as a transfer destination of the processing request when detecting an occurrence of abnormality in the first server included in the plurality of servers; and a step of creating setting data for transferring the processing request from the user terminal setting the first server as a transfer destination of the processing request, to the second server via a transfer route determined based on a prescribed rule for storing it in a connection management data storing part.
