PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration in a housing of an electrical device and to improve cooling performance.

SOLUTION: The housing 308 mounted in a vehicle and accommodating a converter 304 which generates vibration and heat accompanied by its operation includes a reinforcing rib 314 formed on the wall surface of the outside of the housing 308 to increase the rigidity of the housing 308. The reinforcing rib 314 has a cooling fin 310 formed to have a surface area lager than that of the wall surface in which at least the reinforcing rib 314 is provided.
