<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent discharging of petroleum solvent gas into the atmosphere from an open type drier of a petroleum dry-cleaning apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In various types of petroleum dry-cleaning apparatuses for business use using a petroleum dry cleaner and the open-type drier A, a cooling, and an exhaust duct 2 of the open-type drier A condensation and liquefaction recovery device B are connected by piping 3. An exhaust gas 10 composed by mixing hot steam and the solvent gas in the open-type drier A passes through the cooling, condensation and liquefaction recovery device B.
