PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a start-up easily conducted even if the number of air-core armature coils is reduced, to prevent an air gap from being sacrificed by making negligible the thickness of a detent torque magnetic body while contributing to torque generation by employing an armature coil type for a detent torque generation means, and to obtain moderate torque by sophisticatedly utilizing a printed wiring type air-core armature coil that is reduced in the number of windings while being arranged in a main and principal magnetic field for allowing size reduction. SOLUTION: A wound air-core armature coil 4 is arranged on the first face of a stator base 3 composed of a printed wiring board, and also three printed wiring type air-core armature coils 4a, 4b and 4c are formed on the second face, and at least a part of the printed wiring type air-core armature coil is magnetically plated(M) thereby generating detent torque in combination with an eccentric rotor R, and a driving circuit member is so arranged as not to be superimposed on the wound air-core armature coil.
