PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a detection voltage by determining an offset voltage of a battery in a system not using a high SOC domain. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 5 determines whether a prescribed time has elapsed or not after disconnection of a strong electric relay 2 based on a timer 10 output, and acquires a voltage value detected by a voltage sensor 3 as an offset voltage when determined that the prescribed time has elapsed.
