PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underwater sound sources, a sound positioning device and a sound positioning system capable of easily positioning a moving object movable under the water or over the water. SOLUTION: The sound positioning system comprises: at least≥2 underwater sound sources for transmitting a sound signal for periodic intervals for making the moving body measure the position of the moving body movable over the water or under the water on the moving body side; and a sound positioning device for measuring the position of the moving body by the triangular surveying from the distances between each underwater sound source and the moving body based on the distances between each sound source and the moving body.
