PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform the stabilizing measure related to water quality detecting operation corresponding to the sensing of abnormality in piping for sampling water, in a water quality instrument system equipped with a water quality instrument which performs continuous measurement in relation to the sampled water supplied through piping and leads out the output signal corresponding to water quality to perform water quality detecting operation. SOLUTION: In the water quality instrument system equipped with the water quality instrument 8 for performing the continuous measurement in relation to the sampled water mixed with foreign matter supplied through the piping and leading out the output signal corresponding to water quality, a low-pressure alarm means 16 for detecting the abnormality in the piping is provided and the lead-out of the output signal from the water quality instrument 8 is suppressed according to the sensing of abnormality due to the low-pressure alarm means 16.
