PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice thermal storage device having simple construction with tubes easily connected thereto and prevented from being broken while reliably maintaining watertightness. SOLUTION: The ice thermal storage device comprises an ice thermal storage tank 12 having heat insulating property and main tubes 34, 72 for circulating antifreezing fluid into the ice thermal storage tank 12. Connection open holes 48, 78 are formed in the side faces of the main tubes 34, 72, and an O-ring 50 is provided on the inner peripheral faces of the open holes 48, 78. In the open holes 48, 78, main pipes 62, 70 are inserted which are put in watertight contact therewith via the O-ring and connected thereto movably in the axial direction. A plurality of thin heat exchange pipes 68 are provided in the main pipes 62, 70. The main pipes 62, 70 are connected at one ends to main tubes 34, 72 and closed at the other ends, and they are provided alternately neighboring each other. Guide plates 52, 80 are provided on the side faces of the main tubes 34, 72. The closed ends of the main pipes 62, 70 are put on holding faces 56 of the guide plates 52, 80 and locked thereto.
