PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of warpage and waviness in a brake disk fastened to a wheel at the sliding portion as much as possible. SOLUTION: The brake disk 11 is fastened at the sliding portion 12 by n-number of bolts 5. An area of 360/(2n) circumferential degrees about a fastening hole 12a in the sliding portion 12 acts as a fastening section 13. It is arranged such that the sum volume of the fastening sections 13 is equal to or less than 1.1 times the sum volume of non-fastening sections 14 established in areas other than the fastening sections. Accordingly it is possible to prevent distortion from concentrating on one portion of the disk so that the warpage and waviness can be restrained.
