SUPPORTING STRUCTURE OF TAIL PIPE FOR EXHAUST GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for avoiding stress concentration produced at the end part of the main plate of the support member of a tail pipe. SOLUTION: In this supporting structure of the tail pipe for exhaust gas, the four peripheral faces of the tail pipe 4 are adhered to the suspended main plate 2 and a sub plate 3 extending from the upper part of the main plate in the diagonal lower direction. A tail pipe insert hole 20 is formed in the main plate 2 at the lower end side, and with the tail pipe 4 inserted into the insert hole 20, all the peripheral faces of the pipe in the insert part is welded.
