PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary flushing device capable of reducing the size of the device and solving the uneasy feeling which a woman has when washing the private parts although the device has a plurality of nozzles. SOLUTION: A sub-assembly nozzle body 30A is equipped with a first nozzle 31A and a second nozzle 32A by adjacently arranging right and left in the longitudinal direction of the nozzle. Both of the nozzles have semicircular shaped cross sections, they have respectively flat sections 70 and 71 over the longitudinal direction of the nozzle, and the flat sections 70 and 71 are opposed to each other to connect them. Both of the nozzles respectively and independently can be moved forward and backward along the axial center. When the first nozzle 31A is advanced for rinsing the anus, the second nozzle 32A as a bidet nozzle is in a standby position to prevent the water from rebounding. Even if the anus rinsing is carried out by the second nozzle 32A, the first nozzle 31A as the bidet nozzle is in the standby position, and it is not splashed with splashing water.
