PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent another person from intruding inside a door against will, by instantly locking the door from the inside of the door when necessary so as to be unopenable and unclosable, after a person staying inside the door unlocks the door. SOLUTION: A door closer body 15 is installed in one of the door 11 and an opening part frame 13. The door closer body has an oil damper 17. A piston rod 19 of the oil damper is associated to the other of the door and the opening part frame. The oil damper has an adjusting means for adjusting an opening-closing speed of the door or locking the door so as to be unopenable and unclosable by rotating an adjusting screw 21. The adjusting screw is arranged on one end of the door closer body. A tip part 23a of a rotation transmitting cable 23 is connected to the adjusting screw. A base end part 23b of the rotation transmitting cable is arranged in a position easily operable by a person on the inside of the opening part frame.
