PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance both the printing quality and the abrasion resistance which are in the relation to counter each other. SOLUTION: A glaze layer 22 with a radius of curvature set to be any of 6-9 mm is formed on a substrate body 21. A heating resistor layer 23, an electrode layer 24 and a protecting film 25 are sequentially formed on the glaze layer 22. Moreover, a tungsten layer 26 with a film thickness set to be smaller than 1μm is formed on the protecting film 25. If the radius of curvature approximates to 9 mm, a part corresponding to the heating resistor layer 23 not covered by the electrode layer 24 of the tungsten layer 26 may be removed.
