PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a pumping-polishing device, and at the same time, to facilitate the setting work, and also, save complicated works at the time of washing. SOLUTION: A polishing cloth section 15 is arranged on the rear side of a pumping belt section 13 equipped with a pumping belt 12 which circulates and moves in the vertical direction. On the polishing cloth section 15, a pre-use housing box 30 in which polishing cloths are housed is fitted. The polishing cloth which is pulled out from the pre-use housing box 30 is stretched from the upper end to the lower end on a confronted section with the pumping belt 12. On the polishing cloth section 15, a pull-driving section 40 equipped with a pair of rollers which pull and move the polishing cloth on the confronted section with the pumping belt 12 is arranged. Under the pull-driving section 40, a post-use housing section 37 for which a space 37a for dropping in the already used section of the polishing cloth being pulled and moved by the driving section 40 is defined is provided. In the post-use housing section 37, a post-use housing body 56 for housing the polishing cloth dropped in the space 37a is housed in a manner to be freely put in/taken out.
