<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose lottery sticker for cellular phone with which a lottery service effective in advertisement, sales promotion or the like can be carried out for a co-sponsor and/or an article or an advertising matter, respectively, and with which complicated and vast amount of work accompanying the service such as sorting, checking of winning tickets, and authenticity decision can be automatically, correctly and efficiently processed. <P>SOLUTION: The general-purpose lottery ticket sticker 10 to be stuck on an article or an advertising material so as to enable a vendor or an advertiser to add value of a lottery service is provided.
