<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microinjection device for adsorbing cells on a plurality of micropores formed on a cell-adsorbing substrate and injecting a substance into the adsorbed cells with a microneedle, wherein subsidence of the cell-adsorbing substrate is corrected to accurately inject the substance into the cells. <P>SOLUTION: A height-detecting mark 13 is set at the surface of an Si chip 12 (cell-adsorbing substrate), visibility is calculated by observing the image of the mark, the subsiding amount of the Si chip 12 is obtained by using the correspondence of the calculated visibility to the height of the Si chip 12, and an XYZ table 14 is vertically moved based on the subsiding amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
