PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information terminal equipment, an information processing method and a program to be used for a system for communicating with facility equipment to be used for gas, electricity and water service, household electric appliance such as a refrigerator and washing machine having a function for notifying a user with a sound or display or an intrusion detecting device for performing home security monitor for quickly notifying the user of the generation of any abnormality even when the user is not present near the information terminal equipment or a gas meter. SOLUTION: When any abnormality is detected by a gas meter 2, abnormality information is notified by electrical apparatus 15 through information terminal equipment 3. Thus, it is possible for a user to easily notice the generation of any abnormality by the gas meter 2 when the user is near the electrical apparatus 15 although the user is not present in a room where the gas meter 2 or the information terminal equipment 3 is installed.
