PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic welding equipment capable of increasing the welding force in a direction in which a wire is pressed in a conductor overlapping portion to be ultrasonic-welded by applying the pressure even in the direction orthogonal to the direction, preventing any defective connection, disconnection or the like even when the external force is applied to the conductor overlapping portion, and enhancing the reliability of the ultrasonic welding. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic welding equipment having an anvil 14 to support a conductor overlapping portion 12 to be ultrasonic-welded of a plurality of wires 10, and a sonotrode 16 to give ultrasonic vibration to the wire overlapping portion 12, and in which the anvil 14 and the sonotrode 16 are arranged therebetween facing each other to hold the conductor overlapping portion 12 of the plurality of wires 10, and the conductor overlapping portion 12 is welded under the ultrasonic vibration while the conductor overlapping portion is pressed between the anvil 14 and the sonotrode 16, V-shaped recessed grooves 14a, 16a are formed in opposing faces of the anvil 14 and the sonotrode 16.
