PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method and an analytical kid for a glycoside capable of analyzing quantitatively the glycoside with high sensitivity, excellent reproducibility, an easily operation and high precision. SOLUTION: In this glycoside analytical method, a sample containing at least the one kind of glycoside is developed on a hydrophilic polyether sulfone membrane, and the separated glycoside is immobilized on the membrane. The present invention provides also the analytical kid use for analytical method including the hydrophilic polyether sulfone membrane, a reagent specific to the glycoside, a reagent for ring-opening a saccharide moiety, a protein suitable for immobilizing the glycoside onto the membrane, and a development solvent suitable for separating the glycoside.
