摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform easily a sampling work for radiation measurement of a structural material, to improve radiation evaluation accuracy relative to waste having a low activation level, and to reduce an exposure dose resulting from an analysis work relative to waste having a high activation level, when disposing as radioactive waste. SOLUTION: This method comprises a coating process for coating the structural material 1 used for a radiation facility with a coating material 4 having a different composition from the structural material 1, a sampling process for sampling the structural material 1 coated with the coating material 4, a measuring process S11 for performing gamma-ray measurement of the sampled sample 5, and a radioactive material quantity evaluation process S14 for evaluating activated radiation in the structural material 1 from the result acquired by the gamma-ray measurement.
