PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze an optical isomer within a more practical time. SOLUTION: The light emitted from a light source 105 is guided through an optical waveguide 110 to enter a circular dichroic light absorbing detector 106. The light source light guided through the optical waveguide 110 is bled by a distance of a degree equal to a wavelength from a core 103 to act on a separation film 104. On the other hand, an L-amino acid is selectively adsorbed by dextrorotaryα-quartz mixed with the optical waveguide 110. The light source light guided through the optical waveguide 110 is bled to the separation film 104 and aspartic acid has a large circular dichroic peak at a wavelength of 210 nm. The circular dichroic peak of the wavelength of 210 nm is measured by the circular dichroic light absorbing detector 106 to analyze (determinate) D-aspartic acid in aspartic acid incorporated into the separation film 104.
