摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation feel of an operation member between prescribed shift positions to be bigger than operation feel of the operation member between other shift positions. SOLUTION: This shift device comprises a drive member 30 to which operation force given to the operation member is transmitted through a transmission device 31 for actuation, a driven member 10 to which actuation force is transmitted from the drive member 30 for actuation, a recessed part 14 or recessed part 19 and a protruded part 20 or protruded part 26 formed in the driven member to correspond to the shift positions of a transmission, and operation force regulating devices 27 and 28 to regulate operation force necessary for operation of the operation member by relatively moving while getting in contact with the recessed part and the protruded part. It is provided with a connection mechanism 9 to transmit actuation force of the drive member 30 to the driven member 10. The connection mechanism 9 has higher rigidity in a prescribed direction F1 than in other directions. The drive member 30 and the connection mechanism 9 are positioned and fixed in such relative relation that an input direction 31 of operation force to the drive member 30 coincides with the direction F1 of higher rigidity in the connection mechanism 9.
