PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability at assembly while reducing a parts count and simplifying parts control by utilizing a common support pin. SOLUTION: A lever/valve assembly 31 is configured by previously assembling to a mounting plate 32 a first control valve device 33 (directional control valves 36-39), a second control valve device 43 (directional control valves 46-48), operation levers 49, 50, 62, 68, 88, 89 and link devices 51, 52, 63, 69, 76, 77, 84, etc. A common support pin 53 or the like are commonly used with respect to a plurality of link devices 51, 52, 63, 69, 76, 77, 84, etc. Utilization of a plurality of common pins 53 having the same shape, leads to suppression of the occurrence of erroneous assembly, facilitation of mounting work of the common pin 53 or the like and improvement of workability at assembly.
