PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toy etc. which improves an effect of intellectual training. SOLUTION: This toy apparatus and fighting toy has: a supply means for supplying air; an accumulation means 11 for accumulating the air supplied by the supply means; and a discharging means for discharging the air supplied by the supply means or the air accumulated by the accumulation means 11. An operation means 7a is consecutively pressurized with the right hand, and an operation means 9a is rotated with the left hand at the same time. An air pump 15a is pressurized by the operations to send air to a toy apparatus 3b of an opponent to swell a balloon 11b. The other player becoming the opponent also consecutively pressurizes the operation means 7b with the right hand, and rotates the operation means 9a with the left hand at the same time. When the operation is performed and the air pump 15b is pressurized by the operation means 7b, the air is sent to the toy apparatus 3a of the opponent to swell the balloon 11a of the toy apparatus 3a.
